Rules and Guidelines for the Club Table..

You decide that you have some modeling related items that you can live without.

You set a price for said items. You label the items with your price, some sort of identification (initials, name, alias, avatar, etc.) and whether the price is negotiable. Masking tape or the Avery mailing labels work great for this purpose.

The day of the show you bring your merchandise to me at the "Club Table". I display said merchandise and track your sales in a columnar pad. At the end of the day (or whenever you run out of cash and "need" something in the vendor room) you come to me we, add up your sales. The club takes 10% of your total and you sign for the balance.

Once the show is over, you pick up what ever you have left and do with it what you will.

As for "negotiations": if the marked price is $20 which you say is negotiable and the guy offers $17; it's sold. Any offer less than that and I'm going to look for you to approve the deal. Unless you tell me otherwise. In other words, any offer less than 80% of your asking price and I'm going to ask you unless you say otherwise. the same goes for "package deals" like a guy buying a stack of your stuff and he wants a "deal". You won't have to worry about me "giving" your stuff away.
